Caitlin is wonderful to work with. She listens to what you have to say and asks questions that can be very thought provoking. On top of this, she is a very sweet, very professional individual. She makes you feel special.
The meditations that she has led me through are like nothing else I have experienced, sometimes taking me places that provoked tears. These are tears of healing. The breathing exercises that she started me on made a difference in my outlook on the day. I will start each day with 10 mins of Coherent Breathing before ever leaving my bed. This always starts my day off on a calm peaceful note. I will do this breathing exercise throughout the day, particularly if I am having a stressful day. It will always help me cope with the stress and make everything seem better. I noticed I am just overall less stressed out from doing these breathing exercises which them helps me sleep better at night and just overall feel better about myself.
Caitlin takes a vested interest in you and as such knew that I needed these breathing exercises and meditations to help me out. She is flexible with her time. She is simply a special person to work with.
